Sugarloaf Terrace is a low-income elderly complex consisting of one bedroom and efficiency apartments for people over the age of 62 and/or disabled, that qualify based on the HUD income guidelines. Fully completed applications that meet our eligibility guidelines will be added to the waiting list in the order that they are received.
